Processing Time & Local Pick Up

  • Orders ship Monday-Friday, except for pre-order items.
  • Orders placed on weekends or select holidays are processed the next business day.
  • Showroom Pickup: Available Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM - 4:00 PM. Call us to place your order over the phone.
  • Orders cannot be altered once fulfilled.
  • Domestic Shipping

    • Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days via USPS First Class Package - $6.99
    • Priority Shipping: 2-5 business days, based on location. Exact costs and transit times provided at checkout.
    • UPS Next Day Shipping: Cost shown at checkout. Order by 12 PM EST (Mon-Fri) for next business day delivery. No Saturday delivery.

    International Shipping

    • International orders are shipped insured via DHL or UPS. Rates vary by weight and destination. You can track your order on the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
    • Please note that customs delays may occur.

     Incorrect Shipping Address

    • We are not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses.  Please make sure all shipping and billing information is accurate prior to placing the order.

    Undelivered Shipments

    • In the instance that USPS tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please allow 3 additional business days for the delivery of your item(s) After that time period, if you still have not received your package, contact us at info@diyanu.com. Your order will either be reshipped or you will be provided with Store Credit. A refund will not be issued.
