Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery of unworn and unwashed items in original condition with tag still attached. We must receive the return within 30 days after it was delivered to you. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the refund. Please make sure you get tracking on your returns so that proof of delivery can be verified. No returns or exchanges after 30 days.

REFUND:

We will credit your original method of payment within 7 business days of return of item, minus original shipping cost. For card payments, please allow 5-10 business days for it to reflect back in your account. For PayPal payments, it should reflect back in your PayPal account within 1-2 business day.

EXCHANGES:

We're happy to accept exchanges within 30 days after your order was delivered to you. If you wish to return an item that was already exchanged, you can only be provided with store credit if we receive it within 30 days.
